If
you do not have an Onyen and Password you may still submit a HELP
Request for HRIS issues by clicking the text under the Log In
button that states 'Click here for issues not requiring authentication'
or you can contact the ITRC by dialing 962-4357 and the ITRC can
start a HELP Request for you that will be routed to the HRIS Helpdesk.
Select HRIS Question from the Type of Help Needed
drop down list.
Type specific information in the Problem Description
text field.
Verify your Email Address.
Verify your Phone Number.
Choose Important, General or Critical from the Severity
drop down list.,
Click Submit.
You
will receive confirmation that your request was submitted and
a problem request number is assigned to your ticket.
You
will also receive an email confirmation of your request with
the problem description. Print the email message for future
reference.
