Log On

This message will be displayed when you log on to the system if you have workflows in your InBasket. These are workflows that you have paused for one reason or another or they may be an approval/disapproval. Approvals/disapprovals will have the word approval or disapproval at the beginning of the name of the workflow. Refer to the Approvals From InBasket section of the HRIS User Guide for instructions on how to handle approvals/disapprovals from your inbasket. Other workflows in your inbasket may have been completed already and you no longer need them. You can check the Employee History Form or the Position History Form to see if the workflow has been completed and if so you should call the helpdesk to have the workflow removed from your inbasket. If the history forms do not show the completed workflow then you should complete the one from your inbasket when you can and not start a new workflow.

Log Off

This message will be displayed if you try to log off the system with a workflow still in progress. Click then pause the workflow that is still in progress before logging off of the system.
