ScreenPrint 32 is a program that can be installed on your computer that will enable the Print Screen key on your keyboard, when depressed, to print an image of your computer screen.
 We
recommend that you close all programs with the exception of an internet
browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape before starting the
installation process. |
The procedure to install the ScreenPrint 32 software varies slightly depending on which internet browser you are using. Follow the corresponding instructions below depending on which browser you are using. If you have any problems installing ScreenPrint 32, please contact your departmental PC/Network Support Representative. If your local support personnel have questions regarding the installation procedures, they may contact the HRIS Helpdesk for additional support. However, please understand that HRIS Support is offering this software as a courtesy to our customers, and will not be able to support the functional aspects of the application.

Netscape
Download the ScreenPrint 32 software here.
A 'Save As' dialog box as shown above will be displayed next. You will need to save the sprint32.exe program to a location on your computer that is easy to find such as your desktop.
After you have selected a location on your computer to save sprint32.exe,
click

If you saved sprint32.exe to your desktop you should have a new icon there that looks like the one shown below
Double click the icon.

Configuring ScreenPrint 32
After you reboot your computer you will need to run ScreenPrint 32 for it to work properly for the current or any future login sessions (you will only have to do this once). Click Start, Programs, ScreenPrint 32 v3, ScreenPrint 32 v3 as shown below.

The above shown window will be displayed next. Here you can customize
the ScreenPrint 32 settings but it should work fine for most users if
defaults are selected by clicking .
To change the printer that your screen print will be sent to, select the Print Options tab, then select desired printer from the drop down menu that's located near the top of the tab.
To change your print-outs from portrait to landscape, select the Print Options tab, then click the Landscape radio button under the Orientation section of the tab.
You are now finished installing the ScreenPrint 32 software. Now anytime you desire to print an image of your computer screen, you can do so by depressing the Print Screen key on your keyboard.
- If you need to save your screen print as a digital file (to email,
for example):
1. Right-click on the ScreenPrint 32 icon
2. Choose "Save Desktop". It will then ask you where you would like to save the image.
- If you need to copy your screen print to the clipboard for use with
another application (Word, for example):
1. Right-click on the ScreenPrint 32 icon
2. Choose "Capture Desktop". You can then paste it into another application using the Paste command (Control + V).
