Responsibility for Transfer Actions When Two
Department are Involved (Promotion, Demotion and Transfer)
New/Gaining department must complete the SPA Hire/Transfer workflow
in HRIS.
Old/Losing department must send leave records and a Performance Review
Summary Transfer form to new department. The performance review summary
transfer form an be found on the HR website under the forms link.
If the new/gaining department is not trained on the HRIS system, HR-Employee
Records will complete the Confirm SPA Hire/Transfer workflow.
