HRIS Helpdesk Information
 

There are two ways to seek assistance from the HRIS Help Desk. You can call the ITRC Helpdesk (962-4357) or place a web-based Remedy ticket through the web address https://www.unc.edu/ar-bin/websub/index.pl. Please provide the following information:
