HRIS now provides greater control of print operations due to the addition of a print dialog box that is displayed after a print icon is clicked by a user. The print dialog box allows the user to print the entire report or just the pages of the report that the user specifies. A user can also instruct his or her printer to print muliple copies of the report and to collate the copies if desired. An example of a print dialog box is shown below.
