Reporting in EPAWeb is limited only to Personnel Information Forms (PIF). These forms show the current record of the employee as it stands in payroll. PIFs will not show updated information from actions processed in EPAWeb until those actions are passed to payroll. This method of updating data in EPAWeb helps ensure data in Payroll and EPAWeb are synchronized. A more comprehensive EPA reporting tool is the Human Resources Data Warehouse.

A Personal Information Form (PIF) can be viewed/printed from the Select Person Form.
- To review the PIF for the selected person, click
. The PIF will open in another window as shown below:
- The PIF can be printed by selecting Print... from the File menu which is located in the top left hand corner of the PIF window (shown below).

The Human Resources Data Warehouse is a web-based application which permits HR Facilitators and Managers to quickly and simply extract a variety of human resources and personnel funding information for both SPA and EPA employees. The Tool is accessed using the Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser and allows data to be downloaded into a variety of formats included Microsoft Excel 2000, HTML (direct web page display), and the Adobe PDF file format. To access the HR Data Warehouse, copy and paste the following Web address into your browser's address bar:
