The View Applicants screen provides a view of all the applicants that have been referred for a specific position. While the Office of Human Resources will see all applications submitted, the department will only see applications referred by HR Services. For more information on roles and routing of applications, click here.
The View Applicants screen can be accessed by selecting the corresponding requisition from the SPA RecruitmentWeb Home Page or Search Requisitions screens. For more information on how to search for a requisition, click here.
This screen shows applications specific to the requisition and will not show applications specific to any other requisition. If the same applicant appears under two different requisitions, that applicant has applied for both requisitions and must be considered separately for each requisition.
