The SPA RecruitmentWeb Home Page doubles as the Search Requisitions screen.
However, users can also access this screen by hovering the mouse over
and then clicking
.
The following is an example of a requisition search results page. Keep in
mind the requisitions displayed will be limited based on the user’s
access. Columns may be sorted using the sort arrow icons
next to each column header.
To open one of the requisitions, click the corresponding number in the Position
ID field,

The Search Selection Documents feature can be accessed by hovering your mouse
over
and then clicking
.
The Search Selection Documents screen enables users to find one of the following: 1) All of the Selection Documents on which a specific applicant appears, and 2) a Selection Document for a particular position or requisition. Search results will again be limited by the user’s system access. Users will not be granted access to Selection Documents completed outside their assigned departments. However, the search will provide access to Selection Documents for positions that are no longer in recruitment within the assigned departments.
To find the Selection Documents on which a specific applicant appears, users
must enter either the Soc Security Number OR enter the Last and/or First Name
of the applicant and then click
.
To find the Selection Documents for a specific position, users must enter
the seven-digit position number in the Position ID box and then click
.
To find the Selection Document for a specific requisition, users must enter
the Recruitment ID in the Recruitment ID box provided and then click
.
The following screenshot is an example of the search results for all closing
reports that have John Smith labeled as one of the candidates.
To open one of the records, click the corresponding number in the Recruitment
