Search Requisitions

This screen will default to show all Departments to which the user has access and all Active requisitions per HRIS, including requisitions which are both “Open” (e.g. currently posted to the HR website) and “Closed” (e.g. requisitions for which the closing date has passed). Users can isolate particular requisitions and find requisitions not meeting the default criteria by using the various fields provided as search options. Any combination of the above fields can be used to search for requisition information. The field(s) to be used will vary based on the type of information the user needs.

The following is an example of a requisition search results page. Keep in mind the requisitions displayed will be limited based on the user’s access.  Columns may be sorted using the sort arrow icons  next to each column header.

To open one of the requisitions, click the corresponding number in the Position ID field,   .
